Founded and leads Edible East Community Interest Company to promote a healthy, sustainable future for all. Edible East works with a range of partners to inspire interest, promote dialogue and share skills to tackle health and environmental challenges through workshops and exhibits combining elements of art, science and horticulture.

*Edible East workshops at Anglia Square Creative collaborative food growing and health workshops, including a paper food garden growing up the pavilion as part of our proposal to create a temporary community food garden.
*Edible East Edible England Heritage Open Days Ten day exhibition and series of workshops filling Norwich Forum, hosting food growing organisations, creative workshops to populate a giant sculpture (by Chris Jackson) exploring sustainable food growing. Supported by SAW Trust, Norfolk HODS and Arts Council England. Tours of the trail for Norwich Science Festival.
